As of April 16, 2010 an agreement was signed between the Filipino and Spanish governments allowing Filipinos to use their Philippine driver's license in Spain. [1]

The Philippines driver's license can also be used in Australia (albeit they drive on the opposite side of the road), however when renting a car you need to be over the age of 21.
